Privacy Policy - Flying Pig

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game and web game Flying Pig ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. By using Flying Pig you agree to this policy.

Summary

Information we collect directly

None that identifies you. Flying Pig keeps your best score and local leaderboard, including any name you type into the local high-score list, in on-device or browser storage. This data never leaves your device/browser and is removed if you clear the App or browser data.

Live global rankings (Supabase)

Flying Pig optionally shows a live global leaderboard alongside your local high scores. If this feature is active, the App sends the following to our database provider (Supabase) whenever you complete a qualifying run:

This lets the App show a global ranking and your position on it. It is not linked to your real identity, and no advertising or tracking identifier is used for this feature. This data is retained by our database provider until we remove it; contact us (below) if you'd like your entry removed.

Information collected by third parties

The mobile App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertising. Google may collect and process data as described in its own policies, which can include a device or advertising identifier, approximate non-precise location inferred from IP address, device and diagnostic information, and ad interaction/performance data.

This processing is governed by Google's policies, not ours:

You can limit ad personalization on your device via your device's advertising settings.

Children

Flying Pig is family-friendly and contains no adult content. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is served in a standard, not child-directed, configuration.

Data security and retention

We hold no data that identifies you personally. Local score data persists until you clear App/browser data or uninstall. Live-ranking data (nickname, device identifier, score, platform) is retained by our database provider (Supabase) until removed. Third-party ad data is retained per Google's policies.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights over data processed by advertising partners. Exercise these through Google's controls and your device's ad settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page.
